Executive Team

Andrew was appointed President, Chief Executive Officer and Director in February 2008 after serving as acting President and CEO since August 2007. Prior to joining us, he served as Senior Vice President at Radnet, Inc., a provider of shared workspaces to financial services companies. He has also held various positions at Lotus Development Corporation, a software company, and JP Morgan, a global financial firm. Andrew received a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Delaware. Through his experience as our Chief Executive Officer as well as his long history with our company, in connection with his service on our Board of Directors, Andrew provides critical insights into our challenges, opportunities and operations, reflecting his detailed knowledge of our company, employees, customers, technology and industry.
