Scott N. Semel
EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT AND GENERAL COUNSEL
Scott N. Semel was appointed Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of IntraLinks in January 2012. Previously, Scott served as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Novell, Inc. Prior to joining Novell, Mr. Semel was Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary at Tele Atlas N.V., a Dutch Euronext company providing digital mapping and navigation solutions. Mr. Semel has also served as Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary for several NASDAQ listed companies, Ascential Software Corporation and NaviSite, Inc. In addition, Mr. Semel has engaged in the private practice of law with GTC Law Group LLC.
