EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT, SERVICE AND OPERATIONS
Will joined IntraLinks in April 2011 as Executive Vice President, Services responsible for our global customer services and support. He brings more than 20 years of experience delivering world class customer solutions and services to major organizations. In his role he will oversee the quality of solutions delivery, implementation and overall customer satisfaction. Prior to joining us, Will served as Vice President, Global B2B Services at Sterling Commerce, an IBM company. Previously he held several prominent leadership positions with large technology companies, including nine years with IBM in high-visibility roles managing e-business hosting services, as well as Hughes Network Systems and GE Information Systems.
