Fred Mather joined IntraLinks in April 2001 and serves as Executive Vice President of Global Sales and Marketing. He is responsible for spearheading the company’s initiatives among the corporate, M&A, private equity, debt capital market, legal and life sciences communities. Mr. Mather brings over 17 years of expertise in the financial services industry to IntraLinks. He began his career in financial printing with Burrups before opening the London office of Bowne. In 1998 he joined RR Donnelley in New York, where he became involved with the company’s online software offerings. He is based at IntraLinks’ New York headquarters.
