Gary Hirsch joined IntraLinks in 2004, bringing 16 years of in-house legal and law firm experience to the company. Throughout his career, Mr. Hirsch has advised corporations on acquisitions, financings, governance matters and commercial transactions including technology licensing. Prior to IntraLinks, he served as general counsel to Currenex, Inc., an institutional currency trading platform. He previously served as assistant counsel to Marsh & McLennan Companies in connection with numerous domestic and foreign acquisitions. Earlier Mr. Hirsch was an associate at the law firm of Willkie Farr & Gallagher. He is a graduate of the NYU School of Law and Dartmouth College.
