J. Andrew Damico joined IntraLinks in February 2001. He was named Chief Executive Officer in February 2008, after serving as acting CEO for the previous six months. Prior to taking the helm at IntraLinks, Mr. Damico served as IntraLinks’ Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Mr. Damico has nearly 20 years of experience in management for technology companies.

Before joining IntraLinks, he served as senior vice president of RADNET, Inc., a start-up provider of shared workspaces to financial services companies, where he headed up the sales and business development efforts. He also held various positions at Lotus Development Corporation and JP Morgan. Mr. Damico earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Delaware.
