Jody Tracey joined IntraLinks in April 2006 and oversees the company’s human resources and organizational development. During her 8 year tenure with Bowne & Co., she led the human resources function for two divisions within the company. Ms. Tracey began her career with IPC Information Systems, a $350 million voice and data communications company, where she helped to lead the company’s growth towards an initial public offering. Ms. Tracey holds a Master’s in organizational psychology from Columbia University, MBA from Pace University and a Bachelor’s in Sociology from Manhattanville College.
