Patrick J. Wack was named Chairman of IntraLinks’ Board of Directors in September 2007. Mr. Wack had previously served as the company’s Chief Executive Officer starting in 2002, and he has also held several positions at the firm, including Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President of Business Development. Previously, he was a founding shareholder, COO and director of Professional Sports Care Management, Inc. (PSCM), a public company. In five years at PSCM, Mr. Wack helped lead the company from start-up to $50 million in annual revenue and a public stock offering. In 1996, PSCM merged with a Fortune 500 company. Prior to PSCM, Mr. Wack worked in a variety of financial positions at GE Capital. He received a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Princeton University.
