Firm will cut overhead and improve speed of investor communications
New York, November 19, 2003
Global Catalyst Partners, a California-based cross-border venture capital firm focusing on seed and early stage investments, today announced that it has selected IntraLinks, Inc. as its provider of online reporting services to investors. Using IntraLinks’ web-based service, Global Catalyst Partners will deliver quarterly reports and other fund information electronically to its Limited Partners, who can access the information securely from anywhere in the world through the Internet.
“We have investors in every corner of the world, and sending out reports had become a time-consuming and expensive process,” said Mary Denten, CFO of Global Catalyst Partners. “IntraLinks not only eliminates those expenses, but also gives our investors an easier, faster and more secure way to access that information.”
IntraLinks allows private equity firms to distribute new and historical fund information securely over the Internet to investors anywhere in the world.
