IKON and IntraLinks Announce Strategic Relationship
Combines leading capabilities in imaging and digital workspaces

Valley Forge, PA and New York, January 27, 2003
IKON, the largest independent distributor of document management products and services in the U.S. with operations in Canada, Mexico and Europe, and IntraLinks, Inc., a leading provider of secure digital workspaces to the financial services and pharmaceutical markets, today announced a strategic relationship designed to enable both companies to provide more robust service offerings to their clients. The new relationship combines IKON's superior imaging capabilities with the security of IntraLinks' online workspaces, allowing clients of both companies to create online document repositories that speed complex transactions and projects in any industry.

Companies ranging from global banks to major pharmaceutical businesses currently use IntraLinks to improve document-intensive processes ranging from clinical trials to syndicated finance to mergers & acquisitions. As the leading provider of legal document services in the U.S., IKON's Legal Document Services offerings provide state-of-the-art solutions to corporate counsels and law firms that require fast, high volume digital imaging of their most important documents. The combined full service offering is designed to provide customers with high-quality digital images that can be posted to a secure, digital workspace for review by multiple parties.
