JPMorgan Selects IntraLinks for Investment Banking Transactions
IntraLinks becomes preferred provider of virtual dealrooms to JPMorgan’s investment banking group.

New York, May 31, 2006
IntraLinks announced today that JPMorgan has selected IntraLinks On-Demand Workspaces™ for virtual dealroom services. IntraLinks will be the preferred provider of virtual dealrooms to JPMorgan’s investment banking group worldwide. The product enables the secure exchange of confidential information throughout the M&A lifecycle, including deal team management, due diligence, marketing and deal closing. IntraLinks is also used to facilitate transactions such as IPOs, bankruptcies and restructurings. Hundreds of JPMorgan professionals are expected to use the service.

IntraLinks’ virtual dealrooms replace the physical data rooms traditionally used for due diligence and expedite the deal process by enabling deal participants to review documents online. JPMorgan was an early adopter of IntraLinks, having used the service for loan syndications since 1997 and for mergers and acquisitions since 2000. In 2005, the investment bank executed about 50 deals using IntraLinks’ services.
