IntraLinks Enhances Service to European and Asian Markets with New Offices

Expansion Answers Growing Demands of Global Transactions and Regulatory Concerns

IntraLinks, Inc., the leading provider of On-Demand Workspaces™, today announced the opening of new offices in Hong Kong, China and Frankfurt, Germany. The Company attributes this growing international demand to the increasingly global nature of mergers and acquisitions and complex financial transactions, in addition to an explosion of regulatory and compliance obligations which IntraLinks' system helps address.

The establishment of the Frankfurt and Hong Kong offices came out of the notable increase in M&A activity in both markets and a commitment to understanding the needs of customers in those areas. A survey conducted by ICM Research on behalf of IntraLinks in September 2006 asked European M&A professionals what markets would see the most M&A growth. According to the report, 33% of respondents said that Germany will lead in European deal flow, second only to the UK. Another survey published today – the IntraLinks Asian M&A Insight – finds 88% of M&A experts expecting strong deal activity in Asia in the next twelve months. Recognising the importance of these shifts, IntraLinks opened the satellite offices in order to better and serve the growing markets.
