IntraLinks Names J. Andrew Damico Chief Operating Officer

New York, December 4, 2006
IntraLinks, Inc., the leading provider of workspaces for secure document exchange, has announced the appointment of J. Andrew Damico as chief operating officer. Previously, Mr. Damico had served as executive vice president, Global Sales & Marketing at the firm.

Mr. Damico joined the firm in February 2001, and brings more than 18 years of experience in sales management and technology to IntraLinks. His new role will comprise an expansion of his responsibilities to include strategic as well as tactical operations management of the company. He will report to IntraLinks’ President and Chief Executive Officer Patrick J. Wack.

Before joining IntraLinks, Mr. Damico served as senior vice president of RADNET, Inc., a start-up provider of shared workspaces to financial services companies, where he headed up the sales and business development efforts. He also held various positions at Lotus Development Corporation and JP Morgan. Mr. Damico received a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Delaware.
