IntraLinks Names Managing Director for Europe, Middle East & Africa

Andrew Pearson to drive company's growth and expansion

London, 30th August, 2007
IntraLinks, the leading provider of secure online workspaces, today announced the appointment of Andrew Pearson as Managing Director for Europe, Middle East & Africa (EMEA). Mr. Pearson has over 20 years of industry experience working for various entrepreneurial and high growth technology companies.

Mr. Pearson is an experienced leader with a proven track record in sales, marketing and general management. He joins IntraLinks from Workshare, an information security company, where he was responsible for sales, marketing and business development in EMEA and Asia Pacific. Following that, he took on global responsibility for the document control market unit, managing engineering, quality assurance, product marketing and management and customer services for Workshare’s flagship product lines.

Previously, Mr. Pearson was a key founding member of the European management team at Vignette, a provider of enterprise content management solutions, where he helped to grow the UK business from a start-up to $35m in revenue. He also served as Vice President, Sales & Marketing at Zuno, a start-up Internet software vendor, where he led the market launch of the company’s content management solutions for the media industry.
