Habib Kairouz
Habib has served as one of our directors since 2001. Currently he is Managing Partner of Rho Capital Partners, Inc., an investment and venture capital management company. Prior to joining Rho, Habib worked in investment banking and leveraged buyouts with Reich & Co. and Jesup & Lamont. Habib also serves on the board of directors of Bluefly, Inc., Everyday Health, Inc. ReachLocal, Inc., and other private companies. Previously he served on the board of directors of iVillage Inc. until it was acquired in 2006 by NBC Universal. Habib has substantial experience in the development of technology companies, having served on the board of directors on various public and private companies. As a Managing Partner of Rho Capital Partners, Inc., one of our largest stockholders since 2001, he has been crucial to our success during his long tenure on our board.
