IntraLinks Takes Another Step Towards Globalization

Lois LiebowitzWhile widely used, particularly by the financial community globally, IntraLinks solutions have for over a dozen years been available only in English, and more recently for a number of years in Japanese. However IntraLinks has during that time remained committed to providing our solutions in multiple languages. This winter we proudly introduced versions of our solutions in French, German, Spanish, and Brazilian Portuguese and this week we proudly introduced simplified Chinese! This is a major step in our efforts towards meeting our clients’ needs with a more global approach.

Globalization is not an easy task. There are many challenges involved including the initial delivery of a global solution in multiple languages, the ongoing update and enhancements to those offerings, and more broadly being able to easily do business in numerous geographies around the world as well as offer outstanding client service in multiple languages. None of these are easy to achieve.

In terms of the initial delivery of multiple language versions of our solutions, one of the biggest challenges was translation. This included issues ranging from what to translate (how about product and feature names?), how to translate (use outside or inside resources — and how to manage both?) and how to ensure that the actual translation makes sense (culturally and in context?).

We are pleased to report that our initial efforts have been well received. See below for a sampling of screen shots in some of our newly available offerings in French, German, Spanish and Brazilian Portuguese:

Now that we have successfully launched our solution in multiple languages, we are moving on to the globalization of our new website. This effort includes many of the same challenges noted above as well as its own challenges and decisions including how much of the site and the associated content to translate. We are working on this as we speak so stay tuned!

.. And another becjust: You are wrong again because if we were the dog of U.S, we would open our borders for them and they would start the invasion of Iraq from north side. If we were the dog of U.S, we wouldn't able operate landstrike and airstrike to north iraq for kurdish terrorists. AND the most important is; If we were the dog of U.S, we would never able to make a rescue mission to cyprus to stop slaughtering in the island and rescue or citizens!? You have no idea about Turkish spirit!!
