TThe Intralinks Debtspace team has been working hard to deliver DCM-focused product enhancements and I am very excited about our new Amendment Vote Management capabilities that we will be releasing at the end of this month.his is the first time Intralinks has updated the core platform to accept deal-centric information. Our extended agency capabilities will allow amendment teams to work smarter and more efficiently with a user-friendly dashboard that provides real-time tracking and monitoring of the voting process.
We will be premiering the new features at the LSTA Loan Operations and Settlement Conference at the Roosevelt Hotel on April 24, 2013 in New York City. Come and hear Mark Johnson, SVP of DCM Operations at Intralinks and Ken Katz, Director of Loan IQ Product Management at Misys speak on a panel about how we are working together to support straight-through processing in the loan market. Our team of DCM focused Product Managers will also be in attendance so stop by our booth to speak with them!
Michelle Wu is a Product Marketing Director for the Intralinks Banking and Securities vertical and is responsible for all aspects of the go-to-market strategy for the debt capital markets business. Prior to joining Intralinks in 2011, Michelle was an investment banker at HSBC focused on capital markets origination working across various product groups in New York, Hong Kong and Japan.
