Have you ever accidently said or sent something that you wish you could instantly take back? Maybe you emailed a confidential report to the wrong person? Or hit “send” on that email just a bit too soon?

Have you ever accidently said or sent something that you wish you could instantly take back? Maybe you emailed a confidential report to the wrong person? Or hit “send” on that email just a bit too soon?

When we created our secure content sharing and collaboration solution Intralinks VIA™, we wanted to give our users the ability to securely share information, but also UNshare™ it as needed - even after that information has been sent or accessed. Because the truth is, everyone makes mistakes.

It’s embarrassing to admit (and sometimes even mortifying to think about), but we’ve all had those “Oops” moments at least once in our lives.

Unshare sideNow we’re giving you the chance to redeem yourself and confess your regrettable “Oops” moments where you’ve overshared your vault of secrets.

And don’t worry, it’s okay to share your tale – because you’ll be completely anonymous. Want to find out how? Check out these easy steps!

How to anonymously share your story:

  • Go to www.UNshare.com
  • Click “Share Your Story” to launch our unique anonymizer app
  • Check off “I accept the site Terms & Conditions” (after you read them of course) and click “Let’s get started”
  • Click “Allow Flash Controls”
  • Start recording anonymously, your face will be digitized and your voice will be disguised
  • Record your “Oops” Moment
  • Click “Finish & Preview” to watch your story
  • Click “Share Story” with your friends, or “Start Over” to start a new recording

Visit www.UNshare.com and tell us YOUR tales of sharing, and help us raise awareness of the need for secure sharing, but more importantly, the need to UNshare. Remember, you’ll be anonymous!

And over the next few weeks, we’ll be announcing a new twist on our Tales of Sharing – where you might just be able to “reveal” your stories and “recover” with some incentives ….stay tuned.
