The Mergermarket Swiss M&A and Private Equity Forum will bring together corporate and private equity deal makers, lawyers, financial advisors and lenders to examine the state of Switzerland’s M&A market.

1 November 2013

On November 19, 2013 we are pleased to attend Mergermarket’s  Swiss M&A and Private Equity Forum in Zurich, Switzerland.   This event will bring together corporate and private equity dealmakers, lawyers, financial advisors and lenders to examine the state of Switzerland’s M&A market.  There will also be plenty of opportunities for attendees to network with their colleagues and peers!

Our Vice President of Product Marketing Phillip Whitchelo will take part in a panel discussion on the deal drivers of the Swiss M&A market.   The event will offer a projection of global deal drivers for the next twelve months, as well as domestic corporate and private equity opportunities.  Additionally, the event will discuss an array of important topics such as:

  • Trends within the Swiss mid-market
  • Factors influencing deal activity
  • Role of Swiss private equity investors in the European market
  • Barriers Chinese firms face investing in the Western world
  • State of the large-cap and mid-cap private equity financing environment

Due to the changing nature of the M&A market, it is important to understand current trends, opportunities and barriers in dealmaking.  With that said, this event should prove to be very beneficial for the M&A community and its counterparts.
