Connecting at the ACG Conference

In today’s middle market, business leaders and dealmakers are always looking for new market insight, effective techniques and business-building opportunities.

ACG prides itself on being the ultimate resource of M&A professionals and hosts over 20 middle market events per year, presenting opportunities for every segment of the growth community.

Next week, on January 29th, one of our favorite ACG events of the year takes place in Atlanta.  This event is a melting pot for intermediaries, corporate development officers, accountants, lawyers, senior lenders and other dealmakers to meet and greet with top private equity and mezzanine capital providers.

This year, Matt Wells from Intralinks DealnexusTM will be moderating the 2014 Middle Market Mergers & Acquisitions Update panel on Wednesday, January 29, from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM alongside panelists VRA Partners’ Doug McCartney, Habif, Arogeti & Wynne, LLP's', Mitchell Kopelman, Morris, Manning & Martin, LLP's, Scott Allen, Mazzone & Associates’ Stuart Sanford and MSouth Partners’ Bart McLean. “I’m looking forward to getting the panelists’ insights on how they think 2014 is going to shape up.  With individuals from investment banking, private equity, a service provider, as well as people from legal and accounting, I think we will have a well-rounded discussion from all perspectives,” Wells said of the panel.

The 1,000 attendees of ACG will have the opportunity to hear thoughts on how 2013 wrapped up and hear deal market projections for 2014.

Wells will also share M&A market trends from  the latest Intralinks Deal Flow Indicator (DFI)  report which provides industry insight on early-stage M&A activity (sell-side M&A mandates and deals reaching due diligence) across the world.  If you’re interested in reading more about the DFI, then stay tuned for our future blog posts.
