Take Our 5-Question Buy-Side M&A Due Diligence Survey
We want to know what you think.
14 August 2019
Due diligence is a key step during a merger or acquisition. Once a letter of intent (LOI) is signed, the buy-side’s deal team embarks on a comprehensive evaluation of the seller’s business – including the financials, legal matters, customers, assets, management structure, employment agreements, etc. – so potential risks and opportunities can be identified and considered.
In an effort to capture a real-time snapshot of current sentiment about the process of due diligence, we’re inviting M&A dealmakers to participate in a brief 5-question market survey. The results will be published on Intralinks INsights later this year. Thank you for your participation!
