Intralinks Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: IL), a leading provider of critical information exchange solutions, today announced that Puyuan Capital has selected Intralinks’ cloud-based solutions to securely communicate with its global investor community.
Puyuan Capital, a private equity firm that focuses on investments in real estate and infrastructure in China, will leverage Intralinks to collaborate with global investors to raise its US Dollar Fund for residential development investment opportunities in mainland China.
“In the current global fundraising environment, there is more demand from investors to view all confidential due diligence information such as private placement memorandums and capital call letters, from anywhere and on any device,” said Alex Liao, co-founder and director at Puyuan Capital. “In order to stay competitive, to attract overseas limited partners and to make the fundraising process more professional, we sought a secure, compliant way to share due diligence with global investors. We selected Intralinks for their award-winning platform and streamlined user experience that is already trusted by the global alternative investment community.”
Intralinks is a valuable platform for the private equity fundraising process. Puyuan Capital has already seen significant improvements in their marketing process, as documents are easily uploaded to Intralinks, making them instantaneously available to potential investors. This accelerates the fundraising process and creates a truly global fund without borders.
“We are delighted to support Puyuan Capital in reaching new investors for their new US Dollar Fund with our compliance management capabilities and auditable platform,” said Ash Khalek, managing director and Senior Vice President of Asia Pacific, Intralinks. “With Intralinks, Puyuan Capital can now securely share and manage numerous due diligence documents inside and outside the firewall with potential investors and business partners. Additionally, Puyuan Capital can gain deeper insight into investor intent.“
