Kathleen King, VP Corporate Development, Day & Zimmerman

Kathleen King serves as VP, Corporate Development for Day & Zimmermann overseeing all the company’s Strategy and M&A activities. In her role Kathleen is responsible for supporting Day & Zimmermann’s businesses in achieving their short and long term growth strategies through both organic growth and acquisitions.
Kathleen has also held a series of other positions at Day & Zimmermann Group, Inc. including the position of VP, Controller for Day & Zimmermann Munitions and Government Services. During this time she has managed the due diligence and financial integration of various acquisitions and divestitures including the integration of a $300M acquisition into Day & Zimmermann’s power maintenance division. She has also managed several ERP system integration projects.

Kathleen is a also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and serves on the board of ACG Philadelphia. She has also served on the Board of Directors of United Cerebral Palsy of Greater Philadelphia for seven years.

Rosemary Mellor, Senior Director – M&A/Corp Dev, Comcast

Rosemary serves as an Executive Director within the Comcast Corporate Development team where she helps develop Comcast’s corporate strategy through the execution of mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures and strategic investments. She was involved in the acquisition of Dreamworks Animation and Craftsy, and investments in Buzzfeed, Vox and the acquisition of the franchise rights for the Philadelphia Fusion team.
Prior to joining Comcast, Rosemary spent ten years in the Investment Banking Team at Citigroup, where she provided M&A, strategic advisory and capital raising advise to clients in the media and telecom sectors.

Tammy McQuade, Senior Business Strategy Consultant, SAP

Tammy McQuade has been with SAP’s Corporate Development group since 2013, primarily focusing on M&A Strategy and Execution. She has helped execute some of SAP’s transformational acquisitions including Fieldglass, Concur and Callidus Cloud. She has been with SAP 15 years in various technology roles including Customer Hosting, Quality and Risk Management, M&A System Integration, and then moving into Corporate Development. She recently completed SAP’s LEAP (Leadership Excellence Acceleration Program), focused on women leadership skills. She is passionate about Women in Business and about personal development.
