Intralinks Modern Slavery Statement

Modern slavery is a crime and a violation of fundamental human rights. Intralinks is committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business dealings and relationships and to implementing policies intended to ensure modern slavery is not taking place anywhere in our own business.

We have a global annual turnover in excess of £36m.

OUR BUSINESS

Our business is organized into Mergers & Acquisitions, Alternative Investments and Banking & Securities.

OUR SUPPLY CHAINS

Our supply chains include, but are not limited to, infrastructure providers and back office operational support services.

OUR POLICIES ON SLAVERY AND HUMAN TRAFFICKING

We are committed to ensuring that there is no modern slavery or human trafficking in our supply chains or in any part of our business. Our Modern Slavery Policy reflects our commitment to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business relationships and to implementing and enforcing effective systems and controls to ensure slavery and human trafficking is not taking place anywhere in our supply chains.

DUE DILIGENCE PROCESSES FOR SLAVERY AND HUMAN TRAFFICKING

Intralinks has taken steps to identify and assess the risks in relation to slavery and human trafficking within our business and supply chain in line with our industry sector. As part of our contracting process, we expect our suppliers to comply with our Code of Business Conduct and Ethics which clearly outlines our position on modern slavery and human trafficking. Where appropriate, we expect our suppliers to provide assurance that they meet the requirements of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 (UK).

We have systems in place to protect whistleblowers.

SUPPLIER ADHERENCE TO OUR VALUES AND ETHICS

We have zero tolerance to slavery and human trafficking. To ensure all those in our supply chain and contractors comply with our values, we have embedded this within our contracts and require statements of compliance from specific supplier in line with their risk profiles.

TRAINING

To ensure a high level of understanding of the risks of modern slavery and human trafficking in our supply chains and our business, we provide training to our staff.

OUR EFFECTIVENESS IN COMBATING SLAVERY AND HUMAN TRAFFICKING

We use the following steps to measure how effective we have been to ensure that slavery and human trafficking is not taking place in any part of our business or supply chains:

  • Risk assessment and review of vendors
  • Attestation and confirmation of compliance by specified vendors
  • Communication and training regarding Intralinks’ expectations to our staff and suppliers

Following a review of the effectiveness of the steps we have taken this year to ensure that here is no slavery or human trafficking in our supply chains we intend to take the following further steps to combat slavery and human trafficking:

This statement is made pursuant to section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and constitutes our group's slavery and human trafficking statement for the current financial year.
