Being part of the design process is fun – and we offer research participants a range of rewards based on the type and length of study. Past rewards include:
- $30 gift card for 15 minutes
- $75 gift card for 30 minutes
- $150 gift card for 60 minutes
Each study is unique and may offer a different reward than those listed above. You will be informed about the reward for each study when your session is scheduled.
How it works:
First, you will be asked to complete a short survey to provide your contact information and some details about the online tools that you use.
Next, whenever a research study is planned that matches your demographics:
- We will reach out to see if you’re available to participate.
- On the day of your session, you will attend online, by phone, or in person.
- Within a week of your session, you will receive your reward.
We understand and fully respect your need to focus on your work. On average, participants attend 2 to 3 sessions per year. The User Experience Research Program is targeted solely at understanding how you use Intralinks and related products and is not a sales or marketing program.
