Yoav M. Cohen
Yoav M. Cohen is the Managing Partner of NYC Advisors, LLC, a business advisory firm providing interim and part-time CFO services, corporate restructuring and turnarounds, and other profit-enhancing services. None of his clients ever filed for bankruptcy, either because they were able to turnaround to profitability, or by implementing other strategies that avoided filing for bankruptcy.
Formerly, Yoav served as CEO of a plastic lumber company, CEO of a direct marketing organization, CFO & COO of a publicly-held medical device company, COO of a technology incubator, Chairman of the Board of a publicly held software company, and as a consultant, mentor and business advisor to numerous other companies in over 40 different industries. He also is the co-author of Making Tough Decisions and a partner and board member at Stark Office Suites.
