Tier 3: Application Support Engineering

Our Application Support Engineering (ASE) team is Intralinks support liaison into the Intralinks development organization.

Our ASE team is trained on our products at a very granular level. This group is often able to resolve very technical issues without the need to escalate into the development organization – allowing our Developers to focus on improving existing services and designing new offerings.
