  • If you are looking for a status on your loan for the Paycheck Protection Program, Bank of America will email you with a status.  Agents are not able to give you a status over the phone.  If you have any additional questions about the CARES Act Paycheck Protection Program, please visit www.bankofamerica.com/SBResources, which includes answers to frequently asked questions.
  • To be able to log in to Intralinks, Bank of America first needs to create your account. This typically takes a couple of days after you submit your application. Once this has been completed you will receive an email notification with your id and instructions to log in.  

    • This notification will come from notification@share.bankofamerica.com with Subject: “Paycheck Protection Program:  We’re ready to receive your documents

    • Please review your email’s spam or other filters to make sure your notification wasn’t filtered

    • Please make sure you’re checking the inbox of the same email address you used to submit your application

    • If after a couple of days of submitting your application, you still haven’t received this notification please contact Bank of America

    • If you did receive this notification but can’t log in or forgot your password, please go to login page, click on “Forgot your Password?” and enter your email address (you need to use the same email address where you got your notification). You will then receive a new notification with url to reset your password.
