Antje is president of the Board of the Swiss entity of FERI Group. As a Member of the Management Board of FERI AG, she is also responsible for the international business as well the Sustainability Strategy of the group. Antje has worked at FERI for over 13 years, with significant influence in the strategic development of innovative investment structures and advisory concepts for European institutional clients. Antje has been working in the financial industry for more than 20 years. During this time she has advised large institutional clients and Family Offices in the name of large financial institutions like S&P, BNP Paribas and Skandia.

Britney Chu is an Account Executive at Intralinks, where she oversees advisory and debt capital markets. She recently moved to the Sydney office from New York to pioneer the DCM business in Australia and New Zealand, and to look after an existing book of business from the advisory firms. Prior to joining Intralinks, Britney was one of nine employees at a startup that eventually sold to Scripps Network. She graduated from Cornell University with a degree in Communications and Business.

Kelly Griswold is Vice President of Partnerships & Alliances at Axiom, a recognized leader in the business of law, which provides tech-enabled legal, contracts, and compliance solutions for large enterprises. Kelly has led due-diligence processes and post-merger integrations in the Renewable Energy and Financial Services industries. Prior to joining Axiom she was the Senior Vice President of Business Development at Sungevity, and started her career at UBS where she worked in Group M&A.

Aiko Suyemoto is Intralinks’ Senior Associate on the Product Marketing team, supporting the M&A, Banking and Securities and Alternative Investments lines of business. She also has experience in corporate communications and business consulting.

Lalitha Balasubramhanya is a senior product manager at Intralinks with a current focus on serving the needs of the alternative investments market. Prior to joining Intralinks, Lalitha was a product manager at IBM, overseeing products that helped procurement professionals manage suppliers and contracts. She has degrees in chemical engineering from Purdue University and Indian Institute of Technology, Madras.

Bryan Mannetta is director of M&A product management at Intralinks. His tenure at Intralinks includes creating the vision and strategy for Intralinks M&A solutions. His specialty is in collaborating with customers, engineers, and internal stakeholders on ways to provide value in the market, solve customer problems and create technology that will revolutionize the M&A deal process.
