Next to his studies of business informatics in Ansbach and China, Daniel Krauss, born in 1983, founded a company for IT consulting together with his high school friend André Schwämmlein. After his graduation he worked as a manager at Microsoft and Siemens, before he founded FlixBus (2011 in Munich) together with André Schwämmlein and Jochen Engert. Mr. Anstey joined Intralinks after serving as Chief Architect at OpenText, where he was responsible for the technology evolution of the company’s full information management portfolio including innovation and technical due diligence on acquisitions. During his time at OpenText, Mr. Anstey led the global product management team as it passed the USD 1 billion revenue threshold and has over 15 years of Information Management experience.
Michal Kimeldorfer is the Executive Vice President of Human Resources at Intralinks. She is an accomplished human resources leader with extensive global leadership experience. Michal comes to Intralinks from Adama Agricultural Solutions, where she led human resources in Asia and the Americas. Prior to Adama, she was the leader of global compensation and benefits at Comverse. Before Comverse, Michal worked at Ernst & Young – Tel Aviv as a director of global employment solutions. She began her career serving as a corporate attorney for law firms in Israel. Michal has a BA in Economy and Business as well as an LLB in Law from Hebrew University and completed Driving Performance Through Talent Management at Harvard Business School.

Coming from a digital background, she brings a deep understanding of UX and technology integration. Heading up the EY ANZ relationship, she supports teams such as M&A, restructuring and bankruptcy, transaction advisory and diligence.
Romain Lopez is the manager of the French sales team that manages relationships with M&A advisors, corporates and private equity investors. He joined Intralinks seven years ago as a sales engineer and previously covered key corporate accounts and large investment banks, with a specialization in the pharmaceuticals and energy sector. He holds a master's degree from Grenoble Ecole de Management Business school and a master of science in entrepreneurship from ESSEC.
