Yusuke Kurihara joined Intralinks in 2014. As a sales representative, he works with major foreign investment banks and promotes Intralinks’ SaaS solutions to enable the exchange, management and control of documents and content between organizations securely and compliantly, maximizing productivity of deal professionals. He was promoted to the Japan Sales Team Lead in 2017. Prior to joining Intralinks, he was a sales representative at Bloomberg. He has nearly 10 years of experiences in software industry, working in Japan and Australia.

Kyle helps corporate development, legal and finance teams on the West Coast to facilitate and secure their deal sourcing, M&A, and post-merger integration activity. He has experience working with West Coast corporations to build out strategies around big data analytics, distributed systems and machine learning at scale.

Kelly Griswold is Vice President of Partnerships & Alliances at Axiom, a recognized leader in the business of law, which provides tech-enabled legal, contracts, and compliance solutions for large enterprises. Kelly has led due-diligence processes and post-merger integrations in the Renewable Energy and Financial Services industries. Prior to joining Axiom she was the Senior Vice President of Business Development at Sungevity, and started her career at UBS where she worked in Group M&A.

Aiko Suyemoto is Intralinks’ Senior Associate on the Product Marketing team, supporting the M&A, Banking and Securities and Alternative Investments lines of business. She also has experience in corporate communications and business consulting.

Lalitha Balasubramhanya is a senior product manager at Intralinks with a current focus on serving the needs of the alternative investments market. Prior to joining Intralinks, Lalitha was a product manager at IBM, overseeing products that helped procurement professionals manage suppliers and contracts. She has degrees in chemical engineering from Purdue University and Indian Institute of Technology, Madras.

Bryan Mannetta is director of M&A product management at Intralinks. His tenure at Intralinks includes creating the vision and strategy for Intralinks M&A solutions. His specialty is in collaborating with customers, engineers, and internal stakeholders on ways to provide value in the market, solve customer problems and create technology that will revolutionize the M&A deal process. 

Tara Roesch is an Intralinks senior account executive based in Houston. 

Dominic Brown is a field technology head at Intralinks in Waltham, MA. Dominic employs his 15 years of compliance and IT experience, along with Intralinks’ unique technology, to help organizations address challenges with sharing, distributing, and collecting highly confidential data. Dominic helps organizations understand and change internal procedures to deploy technology solutions that dramatically reduce the risk and expense associated with secure data exchanges. He has spent his career working with the Fortune 1,000 and North America’s largest government agencies. This work includes hands-on legal technology consulting, as well as leading teams to build and deploy collaboration, eDiscovery and compliance solutions. 

Melissa A. Schilling is the John Herzog Family professor of management and organizations at New York University’s Stern School of Business, and one of the world’s leading experts on innovation.
