Dave Wilson is a senior account executive on the banking and securities team at Intralinks. Dave focuses on Debt Capital Markets where he advises clients on managing the exchange of sensitive documents throughout the deal lifecycle. Before joining Intralinks, Dave spent over 25 years in the financial industry working in equity capital markets/trading and in recent years advising several fintech startups.

Jenkins Fung is the team lead of Advisory and Corporate Development. He's dedicated to supporting investment banks and law firms in Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan. Jenkins works with clients on improving cross-enterprise collaboration and securely facilitating company sales, M&A and capital raising in the early, preparatory phase through due diligence, ultimately leading to successful execution.

Patricia joined Intralinks in 2008 as is responsible for the opening of the Iberia market. During this time, she has managed the expansion of the business in Spain and the consolidation of Intralinks as the leader in secure collaboration and virtual data rooms in the region. She helps companies and advisory firms to enhance their strategic transactions, streamline M&A projects, reduce risk and increase the success of their deals.

Luiz Felipe Machado is the Latin America Head at SS&C Intralinks. Since joining Intralinks in 2013, he has been directly involved in hundreds of M&A deals and 50+ IPOs in Latin America.

Francois has spent the last 10 years in the M&A business, leading Intralinks in France.

Rohan is based in India and oversees SS&C Intralinks’ alternative investment relationships in South Asia. He supports PE/VC led high-stake transactions such as fundraising, due diligence, IPOs/secondaries and investor communication through secure virtual data rooms and investor portal solutions. Previously, he managed institutional sales for asset management companies such as HSBC and DSP BlackRock.

Ninotchka is based in India and heads SS&C Intralinks' marketing activities in South Asia. She has worked for Intralinks for over five years and helps the sales team with revenue generation. She comes from a commerce background with strong business development and leadership qualities.

Nick Humphrey is a Partner at Sparke Helmore Lawyers. Nick leads the Corporate Group and is recognized through awards and directories as one of Australia's best corporate and private equity lawyers. He is also the National Service Line Leader of the M&A and Private Equity team.

Daphné joined SS&C Intralinks two years ago. Currently, she supports Intralinks’ large private equity and hedge fund clients with their fundraising processes and ongoing investor communication across EMEA.
