Jiannis has more than 25 years of experience in corporate finance, structured transactions and ship finance. He is a managing partner of JL Capital, a financial advisory firm, and country representative for SS&C Intralinks for Greece and Cyprus. Before JL Capital, he was a senior banker for more than 16 years with senior roles in the corporate and investment banking divisions of Piraeus Bank and Citibank International. Previously, he was the CFO of Cardiff Marine.

Mayur leads the SS&C Intralinks business in India. His focus is on supporting clients to facilitate their strategic financial transactions such as mergers and acquisitions, IPO, capital raising, audits and restructuring through highly secure and proprietary-driven technology solutions. His experience includes more than 10 years working with the financial sector.

Professor Moeller works closely on a number of research projects with SS&C Intralinks. He is the author or co-author of seven books on M&A, including his most recent book referenced in the article above about the trends in the use of advanced technologies in M&A and private equity deals. Prior to his move into academia, Scott was a senior executive at Deutsche Bank and Morgan Stanley in New York, Tokyo, Frankfurt and London.

Alexa has been an account executive at Intralinks since 2018. She's responsible for helping clients in the debt and equity capital markets with the secure exchange of information. Alexa manages relationships with over 200 firms, advising on deal lifecycle solutions for commercial mortgage-backed securities (CMBS), insurance-linked securities (ILS), debt private placements and other securitization transactions.

Steff Gelston is a professional journalist whose editorial career spans magazines, newspapers, and websites. She spent five years at International Data Group (IDG), including three years as a senior editor at CIO magazine with coverage oversight of IT staffing and the mid-market. Before joining IDG, Gelston was an assistant business editor at The Boston Globe. She has also worked for Inc.com, the Boston Herald, and the Boston Business Journal.
