He has more than 15 years of experience in technology and collaboration solutions with global software companies such as Oracle, Ericsson and Amdocs. During his career, he has focused on empowering companies with cloud-enabled technologies and services to help organizations improve efficiency with high-level security.

Felix Hoffmann is an account executive for M&A and legal advisory based in Germany. Prior to his current role, he was responsible for the DACH region at a Dutch SaaS/e-commerce start-up in Amsterdam.

Jamie Abbott is an Intralinks account executive based in Chicago. She supports middle-market and bulge bracket banks in both Chicago and Michigan. In more than three years with Intralinks, Jamie has worked with hundreds of projects, and was honored to have the opportunity to elect a name for one. Apart from work, Jamie enjoys spending time with family and friends and doing something competitive as she loves games. She travels most weekends but finds Chicago to be her favorite city.

Andres Santas is the Head of South Latam for Intralinks. In this role, he is responsible for the business in Chile, Colombia, Peru and Argentina and driving the growth of those territories. Prior to joining Intralinks, Andres worked at Thomson Reuters, a global information financial technology leader, in different sales and management roles within the region. Andres graduated in BA from Universidad de Buenos Aires and has a post-graduate degree in finance from the Adolfo Ibañez University in Chile.

Noah Waisberg is the CEO and Co-Founder of Kira. Prior to founding Kira Systems, Noah practiced at the law firm Weil, Gotshal & Manges in New York, where he focused on private equity, M&A and securities law. Noah is an expert on contract analysis, legal technology and artificial intelligence, has spoken at conferences including SXSW Interactive, ILTACON and ReInvent Law; and was named 2016 ILTA Innovative Thought Leader of the Year. Noah holds a J.D. from the NYU School of Law, an A.M. from Brown University and a B.A. (honors) from McGill University.

Alon Kostetsky works with corporates in Virginia and the District of Columbia with a focus on the Aerospace & Defense industry. His military background and technical expertise help executives align technology to their business goals.

Kathie Clark is Vice President of Product Management for Wingspan Technology, Inc. She oversees the development of the Wingspan eTMF and other Wingspan products servicing the Life Sciences and Pharmaceutical industries. She has over 20 years of experience in product management, business development, marketing, business analysis, project planning and management, and solution/product design and development. Kathie has worked with over 80 pharmaceutical, biotech, CRO and medical device organizations in the US, Europe, Japan and Israel. Her areas of expertise in life sciences content management include Clinical, Quality and Manufacturing, Regulatory Affairs & Submissions, and Legal Contract systems.

Andy Hoemann is the global head of alternative investments at SS&C Intralinks. He is responsible for global sales, strategy, revenue growth and interacting with various internal and external private markets industry constituents. Previously, he was a managing director in the SS&C Private Equity Services business, the industry leader in private equity fund administration. In that role, Andy was responsible for supporting business management activities, including financial planning, strategy, business development support, marketing and investor services as well interacting with industry constituents. Andy joined SS&C when the SS&C acquired the Citi Private Equity Services business from Citibank in 2016. Earlier in his career at Citi Private Equity Services and its predecessors (CPES), Andy assisted with the global expansion of the business and was responsible for a client services team providing services to private equity and real estate advisors and managers as well as investors holding private investment portfolios. Before joining CPES and its predecessors he held various positions at PricewaterhouseCoopers, Arthur Andersen and Kessler Financial Services. To date, Andy has been in the Alternative Investment industry for over 21 years and in the professional services industry for 26 years.
