He speaks at a number of the world’s leading business schools and his book “M&A Integration: How to Do It: Planning and delivering M&A integration for business success,” supports many executive M&A courses.
Anthony Marshall has been with Intralinks Dealnexus for over two years, and currently heads up our EMEA buy-side coverage, which consists of Private Equity, corporates, family offices, lenders and venture capital firms. Anthony started his career at Bloomberg and has about 10 years of business development experience, primarily in the fintech space. Outside of work and technology Anthony is a keen skier (he holds a Canadian ski instructor’s license), enjoys travelling around Latin America, having lived in Chile and Brazil as part of his degree at the University of Nottingham and is an avid supporter of Arsenal Football Club. Being half British and half French, Anthony is bilingual in English and French, can speak Spanish fluently and Portuguese at an advanced level.
Hannah Schwartz is a senior account executive at Intralinks. She joined in 2016 with an initial focus on boutique, middle market and bulge bracket advisory firms in both the San Francisco and Chicago offices. Hannah currently supports corporates throughout the Midwest, enabling and securing the flow of information to successfully streamline complex strategic transactions, including, mergers and acquisitions, capital raising and investor reporting.
SunSik Kim is a country director at Intralinks. Since 2015, he has managed to establish, develop and grow sales in South Korea, one of the most dynamic and innovative capital markets in the world. Prior to Intralinks, he worked for IBM as a sales director and client system manager for almost 14 years. He started his career working for South Korean firms SsangYong and CJ Group, where he was involved in business planning, strategy development and corporate restructuring. He holds an MBA from the European School of Management and Technology, ESMT Berlin and graduated with a BA in Philosophy from Yonsei University.
Amelia joined Intralinks in 2019 and is responsible for covering the Peruvian and Chilean markets. During this time, she has supported numerous transactions in the region, helping companies and advisory firms manage cross-border operations such as mergers, acquisitions, IPOs and other transactions. She is dedicated to assisting her clients to ensure an efficient process that reduces risk and increases the success of each deal.
Till Brennan brings over 20 years of experience in developing new territories and creating and executing sales strategies throughout EMEA. His focus throughout his career has been working for SaaS companies specializing in the financial services industry. Prior to re-joining Intralinks in May 2021, Till worked for various organizations, including Easysend, an Israeli insurtech start-up applying AI for the accelerated digital transformation within the insurance industry; Questionmark, a U.S.-based assessment management provider, as well as DFIN, where he was sales director, EMEA. From 2005 to 2010 Till worked for Intralinks, where he opened its offices in Frankfurt.
Serge Renaud is VP of Security and Quality Assurance at Intralinks. He is part of the risk readiness team which focuses on improving security and addressing client audits. Serge is a Subject Matter Specialist in technology risk management across diverse industries, and acts as a process improvement guide and internal consultant. He has successfully guided more than 140 client audits through the Intralinks Platform.
As Sr. Director of Strategy and Product Marketing for Intralinks, Meghan McAlpine is responsible for the go-to-market strategy and driving the growth of the company’s Alternative Investments solution, the leading communication platform for private equity and hedge fund managers and investors.
Prior to joining Intralinks, Meghan worked in the Private Fund Group at Credit Suisse. While at Credit Suisse, she raised capital from institutional and high net worth investors for domestic and international private equity firms.
Before Credit Suisse, Ms. McAlpine worked in the Mergers, Acquisitions and Corporate Advisory Group at Deutsche Bank focusing on the Healthcare industry.
Meghan graduated from Georgetown University with a BSBA in Finance.
