Peter Braverman is Senior Vice President of sales at Intralinks, a leading financial technology provider for the global banking, deal making and capital markets communities.

Laurent Sultan is senior vice president of global sales at Intralinks.

In 2000, Chris Perram capitalized on his 15 years of Information Governance (IG) expertise by launching his own consultancy, turning it into an internationally recognized center of excellence for functional classification and metadata modelling. For over a decade, Mr. Perram provided world-class IG solutions to the largest companies and governments in the world before pivoting the company to FileFacets in 2015. Chris has created an award-winning SaaS-based privacy compliance and enterprise discovery solution that is adopted around the world.

Jack Newton, VP Sales, oversees Intralinks’ Strategic Financials business in the Eastern U.S. Previously he spent three years leading the ANZ business. Since joining Intralinks in January of 2007, Jack has held multiple roles within the sales organization and has been a key member in the development of and go-to-market strategy for Intralinks’ virtual data room and deal sourcing offerings. He holds a Bachelor's degree from Hamilton College.

Jolie has served as deputy general counsel and assistant secretary at Intralinks, responsible for corporate governance, securities and M&A matters, among other things. Outside of work, she has been a volunteer writing coach with Citizen Schools for 15 years and she also serves as the chair of the Citizen Schools Massachusetts Council of Champions. 

Abby Cunningham is a San Francisco-based writer-at-large for Intralinks. She has over two decades of experience in the enterprise technology arena, and a strong interest in helping everyday professionals keep confidential information out of the hands of hackers and villains with practical, 21st-century best practices. Her other car is a bike.

Mark Stanyer is a director of product marketing at Intralinks and is based in London. He has broad industry experience in the enterprise information management (EIM) space, with expertise in the trends and technologies related to cyber security, information governance, enterprise content management, document management, web content management, and enterprise records management practices. In his previous role at OpenText, Mark held several senior positions within the European marketing organization, from leading the industry marketing function to managing the European digital marketing team.

Next to his studies of business informatics in Ansbach and China, Daniel Krauss, born in 1983, founded a company for IT consulting together with his high school friend André Schwämmlein. After his graduation he worked as a manager at Microsoft and Siemens, before he founded FlixBus (2011 in Munich) together with André Schwämmlein and Jochen Engert. Daniel Krauss is managing director and CIO of FlixBus.

Nick McCarthy was a hardened veteran of Intralinks’ advanced support and engineering groups before joining the Presales group as a Sales Engineer. In Presales he focuses on Intralinks applications for Strategic Financial transactions, with a strong interest in Enterprise-level solutioning utilizing Intralinks SaaS platform offerings. Prior to joining Intralinks, Nick worked in many other technology fields and lived in Japan for four years (though his Japanese is a bit rusty these days). He is a native of NYC and has a degree in Computer Science and Information Systems from Pace University. In his free time he enjoys running, writing and the occasional video game.
