Jim Render is an Account Executive at Intralinks specialising in helping the Advisory and Legal community maximise the efficiency of their deal-making process.

Paul Oliver is a senior director of sales at Intralinks. He currently leads our east region with our corporate division. Paul has 20 years of experience delivering SaaS-based solutions to the financial services and corporate dealmaking community. Paul graduated from Binghamton University with a B.A. in politics, philosophy and law.

Ivan Botica manages the SS&C Intralinks advisory business segment in the CEE region. He focuses on supporting financial and legal advisors conducting strategic transactions, covering projects in 15 countries. Ivan holds a bachelor's degree in international business from Rotterdam Business School. He is currently completing his banking and finance master's degree from King's College London.

Dr. Siyang Tian is a lecturer (assistant professor) in Finance at the University of Sussex and a visiting researcher at Bayes Mergers and Acquisitions Research Centre. He received his Ph.D. in finance from Bayes Business School (formerly Cass). His research interests are in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, fintech and corporate finance, and sustainable finance. His papers have appeared at conferences such as CICF, FMA, and AFA Poster sessions, and in leading journals including the Journal of Banking and Finance. His case studies and teaching notes have been published by Ivey Publishing.

Michele Slomp is an international management master’s degree student specializing in corporate finance, strategy and entrepreneurship at the University of Bologna, Italy. He has experience in student associations and junior enterprises where he gained exposure to financial education and consulting.

Robin Gurschek is currently pursuing a master’s degree with a specialization in finance and entrepreneurship. He has a background in the banking sector and risk management. Through his studies and work, he is interested in capital markets, fintech and corporate finance.

Paulina Roszkowska is an academic with an industry background. Her academic research encompasses issues in corporate finance, fintech, capital markets and ethics in finance. She is the author of several journal publications and two books. Research- and teaching-wise, she has a special passion for new technologies and their applications in various spaces of financial decisions and services.

Eric Baca is a global sales executive with over 16 years of experience building high-growth cloud businesses. As the vice president for North America corporate sales at SS&C Intralinks, Eric is responsible for growing top-line revenue, customer satisfaction and achieving a scorecard of strategic objectives.

Magali Neave has led Intralinks’ new services initiatives for EMEA since 2023. Currently based in Paris, she formerly managed part of the DACH region out of Zurich for Intralinks. She began her career in restructuring after studying at Kings College London and Sciences Po Paris. Magali joined Intralinks in 2015 to focus on large investment banks.

Levi Weisner is an account executive at SS&C Intralinks based in New York City. He specializes in serving clients within the private equity and alternative investment sectors, with a primary focus on M&A and transactional use cases. His role involves cultivating strong client relationships and aiding them in driving growth and operational efficiency within their portfolios. Prior to joining Intralinks, Levi worked within the corporate M&A division at BlackRock, where he contributed to strategic transactions and honed his skills in the financial industry. He started his career in accounting, beginning at Ernst & Young (EY) within the financial services group. Later, he served as an internal accountant at Blackstone, a global investment firm. Originally hailing from Cleveland, Ohio, he is a proud graduate of The Ohio State University. Outside of work, he finds solace in running along the Hudson River and learning new languages.
