Ondrej Krehel, CISSP, CEH, is the founder and principal of LIFARS LLC, an international cybersecurity and digital forensics firm. He’s the former Chief Information Security Officer of Identity Theft 911, the nation’s premier identity theft recovery and data breach management service. He previously conducted forensics investigations and managed the cybersecurity department at Stroz Friedberg and the Loews Corporation. With two decades of experience in computer security and digital forensics, he has launched investigations into a broad range of IT security matters — from hacker attacks to data breaches to intellectual property theft. His work has received attention from CNN, Reuters, The Wall Street Journal and The New York Times, among many others.

Darryl is an account executive at SS&C Intralinks serving companies in Eastern Pennsylvania, Maryland and Delaware.

George Howard is an account executive at SS&C Intralinks, where he is responsible for the financial and legal advisory markets in Switzerland. He recently moved to the Zurich office after five years in London with Intralinks. George holds a bachelor’s degree in business and economics.

Todd Partridge is Vice President, Product Marketing at Intralinks. He has broad industry experience in the enterprise information management (EIM) space, with deep expertise in all trends and technologies related to information governance, enterprise content management, document management, web content management, business intelligence, team collaboration, e-mail management, and enterprise records management practices. In his previous role at OpenText, Todd held several global positions ranging from sales, marketing, product management, positioning and strategy.

Jiannis has more than 25 years of experience in corporate finance, structured transactions and ship finance. He is a managing partner of JL Capital, a financial advisory firm, and country representative for SS&C Intralinks for Greece and Cyprus. Before JL Capital, he was a senior banker for more than 16 years with senior roles in the corporate and investment banking divisions of Piraeus Bank and Citibank International. Previously, he was the CFO of Cardiff Marine.

Mayur leads the SS&C Intralinks business in India. His focus is on supporting clients to facilitate their strategic financial transactions such as mergers and acquisitions, IPO, capital raising, audits and restructuring through highly secure and proprietary-driven technology solutions. His experience includes more than 10 years working with the financial sector.

Professor Moeller works closely on a number of research projects with SS&C Intralinks. He is the author or co-author of seven books on M&A, including his most recent book referenced in the article above about the trends in the use of advanced technologies in M&A and private equity deals. Prior to his move into academia, Scott was a senior executive at Deutsche Bank and Morgan Stanley in New York, Tokyo, Frankfurt and London.
