Luiz Felipe Machado is the Latin America Head at SS&C Intralinks. Since joining Intralinks in 2013, he has been directly involved in hundreds of M&A deals and 50+ IPOs in Latin America.

Francois has spent the last 10 years in the M&A business, leading Intralinks in France.

Rohan is based in India and oversees SS&C Intralinks’ alternative investment relationships in South Asia. He supports PE/VC led high-stake transactions such as fundraising, due diligence, IPOs/secondaries and investor communication through secure virtual data rooms and investor portal solutions. Previously, he managed institutional sales for asset management companies such as HSBC and DSP BlackRock.

Ninotchka is based in India and heads SS&C Intralinks' marketing activities in South Asia. She has worked for Intralinks for over five years and helps the sales team with revenue generation. She comes from a commerce background with strong business development and leadership qualities.

Nick Humphrey is a Partner at Sparke Helmore Lawyers. Nick leads the Corporate Group and is recognized through awards and directories as one of Australia's best corporate and private equity lawyers. He is also the National Service Line Leader of the M&A and Private Equity team.

Daphné joined SS&C Intralinks two years ago. Currently, she supports Intralinks’ large private equity and hedge fund clients with their fundraising processes and ongoing investor communication across EMEA.

Brian S. Hwang is Director of Strategic Business & Corporate Development at Intralinks. Brian joined Intralinks from RR Donnelley Global Capital Markets where he primarily worked with clients in the Midwest and Northeast, consulting on initiatives related to disclosure issues for SEC financial reporting, US Proxy compliance and transactional due diligence. Brian started his career with New York City law firm Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz, where he was involved in the due diligence and execution of transactions, valued at over $350 billion.

Cosmin is a product manager for mergers and acquisitions at SS&C Intralinks. He is responsible for bringing to market initiatives that have clear outcomes for clients. Prior to joining in 2020, Cosmin held product management roles at fintech companies 2Checkout and Finastra, where he was involved in developing solutions for the online payments and student lending industries.

Alan Chu leads the marketing team in Asia-Pacific, overseeing six regions that span 13 countries. He supports the sales teams across the different lines of businesses with various routes to market. Alan has prior experience across the Americas, where he worked with fund managers in the alternatives space on placement and marketing projects.
