As Intralinks’ vice president, product marketing, Matt Wells is a key member focused on the development and go-to-market strategy for Intralinks’ M&A business which includes our virtual data room and deal lifecycle solutions. Matt joined Intralinks in 2012 upon the acquisition of PE-Nexus, a company he co-founded in 2010 that pioneered the concept of online deal sourcing and buyer identification. Before PE-Nexus, he was a vice president at Cross Keys Capital, a boutique advisory firm, where he focused on middle-market M&A transactions. At Cross Keys Matt worked on over 50 middle-market buyouts and recapitalizations in the healthcare and technology sectors. Matt holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Beatriz Meléndez is the account executive on the Spanish team in charge of relationships with energy companies. She joined SS&C Intralinks four years ago and has covered key corporate transactions in the energy sector. Beatriz has also worked with the largest Spanish banks and telco companies. Prior to joining the company, she worked for Santander bank. She holds a degree in law and a master’s degree in management and international trade.

Tim Miley is an account executive at Intralinks based in Chicago. Tim supports Corporate M&A teams across the Midwest area and helps connect buyers and sellers using Intralinks’ vast solutions offering. Outside of his career, Tim has a passion for traveling, spending time outdoors and being active. He also spends a lot of time on the golf course, although his skill level does not reflect this time commitment. Tim is an active volunteer in the Chicago community where he is involved with Lurie’s Children’s Hospital as well as KEEN Chicago, an organization that uses exercise and physical education to empower children who are disabled.

Adam Pez is PDFTron's resident content writer and storyteller. He helps people in all aspects of document technology through expert industry advice, represented through practical, real-world examples. He also is a trained science communicator with two distinct master's degrees in Science and Technology Studies (STS) and Journalism.

Mushegh Hakhinian represents Intralinks at the Cloud Security Alliance SME Council, is a certified information systems security professional, and is a frequent contributor to industry publications. Prior to joining Intralinks, Mr. Hakhinian lead security functions at a multi-tenant online banking service provider and an international bank.

Mayank Choudhary (MC) is Intralinks' Vice President of Product Management.

Suraj Kalyanaraman is an account executive on the advisory team in South Asia. Suraj helps financial advisors, corporates and dealmakers to securely collaborate over sensitive information while enabling a faster deal lifecycle. Prior to joining Intralinks, Suraj worked with banks and other corporate institutions, helping them leverage technology solutions to improve information security, enterprise networks and collaboration.

Adrian leads SS&C Intralinks’ alternative investments business in North Asia. Leading a team dedicated to addressing the needs of alternative investment managers, Adrian facilitates the fundraising, fund reporting and transactional activities of private equity, venture capital, hedge and real estate funds of all sizes, strategies and vintages across the region.
