        A. Machine Translation

  1. Client has and will assign a main point of contact and personnel to engage with the Intralinks resource/team.
  2. Client will ensure that meetings scheduled with Client staff and/or designated third parties, discovery sessions, workshops, or review meetings are not unreasonably subject to delay or cancellation.
  3. Client will respond in a timely fashion to questions posed by Intralinks in its execution of the deliverables.
  4.  Client will provide timely confirmation of receipt of the submitted deliverables and provide feedback as required.
  5. Client is responsible for the communication of Intralinks capabilities to impacted employees within Client’s organization.
  6. Meetings and workshops are conducted remotely as virtual meetings, unless otherwise specified.
  7. Client shall grant Intralinks access to the Exchange.
  8. Supported file types: docx, eml, pdf, pptx, xlsx.
  9. Translated files will contain the suffix “_ENG” if translated into English.
  10. Translated files will remain in their original format, except PDFs will become Word Documents.
  11. Password protected files are not supported by machine translation.
  12. Any graph or image document embedded in the source document, signatures and initials may not be translatable.
  13. The quality of the translation varies depending on the quality of the scan.
  14. The machine-translated documents are for convenience and understanding purposes only, not legally certified.
  15. The estimated accuracy of machine translation is 60%-80% depending on the complexity and quality of the file.

       B. Certified Human Translation

  1. Client has and will assign a main point of contact and personnel to engage with the Intralinks resource/team.
  2. Client will ensure that meetings scheduled with Client staff and/or designated third parties, discovery sessions, workshops, or review meetings are not unreasonably subject to delay or cancellation.
  3. Client will respond in a timely fashion to questions posed by Intralinks in its execution of the deliverables.
  4. Client will provide timely confirmation of receipt of the submitted deliverables and provide feedback as required.
  5. Client is responsible for the communication of Intralinks capabilities to impacted employees within Client’s organization.
  6. Meetings and workshops are conducted remotely as virtual meetings, unless otherwise specified.
  7. Client shall grant Intralinks access to the Exchange.
  8. Client acknowledges that any graph or image document embedded in the source document, may not be translatable.
  9. Any file formatting may incur Project Management fee, depending on the specific requirements and scope of the project.
