Fidera is a London-based long/short equity hedge fund management firm specializing in dislocated and distressed corporate and asset-backed investments. Situation
With multiple active funds and highly engaged investor relations function, Fidera successfully used Intralinks’ Fund Reporting to distribute quarterly letters, financials and investor communications across its large LP base. However, the firm recognized an opportunity to modernize its processes and gain greater efficiency, visibility and control with FundCentre Reporting.

The team could easily see which users accessed or downloaded documents, improving transparency and responsiveness. “I can easily log in and see which users have accessed the platform on any given day, along with the documents they’ve viewed or downloaded. That’s a really nice feature,” says Hellman.
In addition, FundCentre Fundraising delivered a secure, centralized space for sharing due diligence materials during the firm’s capital raise. The familiar interface across both modules reduced friction for internal teams and investors alike, streamlining workflows and accelerating execution.
