Access Intralinks VDRPro

Step 1: Log In

1. Go to [services.intralinks.com](https://services.intralinks.com).

2. Enter your email address and password.

3. If your organization uses **Single Sign-On (SSO)**, you may be logged in automatically.

4. If prompted, verify your identity using a code from your security app or a code sent to you.

Step 2: Access Your VDR

1. After logging in, you’ll see the **Exchanges** screen showing all VDRs you have access to.

2. Find the VDR you want to open and click its name.

3. If the VDR has a **locked icon**, additional security verification will be required.

Step 3: View the VDR

1. Once opened, you’ll see the VDR’s current phase (e.g., *Preparation*, *Open*).

2. A list of available documents will be displayed.

3. If this is your first time using Intralinks, the VDR you were invited to will appear as your only option—simply click it to begin.
