  • Alphabetical Bulk Uploads

Folders and documents are now automatically sorted alphabetically during bulk uploads, making uploaded content easier to navigate and review.

  • Redaction UX Improvement

After applying redactions, users can immediately review their changes in the document viewer for a more streamlined redaction workflow.

  • Link AI Controls for Buyers (CorpDev)

Deal admins can now enable or disable Link AI features, including AskLink and AI Insights, for specific Buyer groups through role-based controls.

  • Primary Contact Card

Deal admins can now designate a primary contact for a deal and choose to share that contact's email address and phone number with all deal participants.

Corporate Development teams can now close and archive deals through a self-service experience, giving admins greater control over deal lifecycle management.

General Partner (GP) Portal Updates

  • Document Update

General Partners can now update published documents without changing metadata, publish dates, permissions, deep links or document order.

  • GP Admin View-Only Role

A new View-Only role allows General Partner Admins to grant service providers access to view portal information without the ability to make changes.

  • Bulk Upload

General Partners can now upload reference documents in bulk using a ZIP file while preserving the folder structure, making it easier to organize and publish multiple documents at once.
