How can AI securely access deal documents?
Artificial intelligence (AI) can help deal teams analyze documents faster, extract important information and answer questions across large volumes of transaction material. But for M&A professionals, giving AI access to confidential documents introduces an important question: how can that access occur without weakening the security controls already protecting the deal?
