Redaction: 

      OBLIGATIONS/LIMITATIONS:

  1. Client has and will assign a main point of contact and personnel to engage with the Intralinks resource/team.
  2. Client will ensure that meetings scheduled with Client staff and/or designated third parties, discovery sessions, workshops, or review meetings are not unreasonably subject to delay or cancellation.
  3. Client will provide timely confirmation of receipt of the submitted deliverables and provide feedback as required.
  4. Client is responsible for the communication of Intralinks capabilities to impacted employees within Client’s organization.
  5. Meetings and workshops are conducted remotely as virtual meetings, unless otherwise specified.
  6. Client shall grant Intralinks access to the Exchange.
  7. Client acknowledges any changes in the scope of the work shall follow the Change Control process.
  8. Client acknowledges that Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, text, email and image files will be converted to PDFs upon redaction.
  9. Client acknowledges that Microsoft Excel files will be redacted in its native format and will be billed based on the number of printed pages.
  10. Client shall organize files for redaction into folder(s) and advise Intralinks on folder(s) that need to be redacted. Should Intralinks' support for organizing and renaming documents be required, additional fees will incur, and Change Control process will be followed.
  11. Client acknowledges that work will be performed during business hours only. Overtime hours will be billed additionally and will require advance approval from Intralinks.
  12. Client acknowledges that if additional languages beyond the original scope are identified during the redaction process, Intralinks reserves the right to apply additional charges, in which case a Change Order may be required. Additionally, Intralinks cannot guarantee definite support for languages identified outside the original scope.
  13. Client will respond in a timely fashion to questions posed by Intralinks in its execution of the deliverables. The client acknowledges that delays exceeding five (5) business days may result in additional service fees.
