Deal Flow Predictor

Deal count in the first half of 2017 is set to break records. But why? In this podcast, Intralinks’ Philip Whitchelo, VP Strategy and Product Marketing, examines global early-stage M&A activity, summarizing key findings from the Intralinks Deal Flow Predictor Q2 2017.

The Intralinks Deal Flow Predictor forecasts the number of future merger and acquisition announcements by tracking global early-stage M&A activity– defined as sell-side M&A transactions across the world that are in the preparation stage or have reached the due diligence stage. These early-stage deals are, on average, six months away from their public announcement.
